Zorica Pesic Bajceta, LL.B., started her professional work back in 1999.
She graduated from the Law Faculty at Podgorica University.
Zorica dedicated her work to foreign investments and structured her legal expertise and experience towards legal support for foreign investors in Montenegro.
She is highly experienced in privatisation procedures, due diligences, M&A projects, as well as support in financial transactions.
Real estate projects and business set-up ventures is her main expertise.
She closely works with the same and related professions in the business industry and her credentials is well known in the Montenegro legal profession.
